Our thesis

One seller, two life stages — not two separate audiences

The ICP for QuicShop is not "D2C sellers and B2B sellers." It is one India-first seller who starts D2C and grows into D2C plus wholesale — on the same platform.

Stage 1

Launch D2C

A founder launches a brand on QuicShop — storefront, UPI checkout, GST invoices, Shiprocket shipping, WhatsApp notifications. No developer. Live in a day.

Stage 2

Add B2B

Wholesale enquiries start coming in. The seller adds tier pricing, a quote workflow, and credit accounts for trade buyers — on the same catalog, same orders, same GST. No new platform, no re-cataloging, no migration.

This is why we do not frame QuicShop as "we serve both B2B and B2C." We are one platform that grows with you. The B2B layer is not a separate mode — it is what you add when your buyers ask for it.

The QuicShop team brings more than 40 years of combined experience building and scaling high-throughput systems across Indian e-commerce, fintech, and infrastructure. We know what breaks at scale in India — and we have built with those failure modes in mind from day one.

Our posture on security and data

We do not have a separate "Enterprise" security tier. These are baseline commitments for every seller on QuicShop.

GST-compliant from day one

Every order on QuicShop generates a GST-compliant invoice with the correct HSN code. We are not an India-adapted global platform — GST is built into the core, not added via a plugin.

DPDP-aware

QuicShop is built with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind. Seller and buyer data is processed and stored in India. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

Attack-pattern protection

Every storefront is protected against SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF attacks. Security is a baseline, not an add-on plan.
