Refund Policy
Licence fee refund
If you are not satisfied with QuicShop after going live, you may request a full refund of one month's subscription fee. To be eligible:
- Your store must have gone live on QuicShop (at least one published storefront).
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your go-live date.
- Submit your request by emailing support@quicshop.in with your store name and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
What is not refundable
- Implementation and onboarding charges — fees for store setup, configuration, customisation, or any professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Subscription fees beyond the first month — only the first full month's licence fee is eligible for a refund under this policy.
- Third-party costs — charges from payment gateways, shipping providers, SMS/WhatsApp providers, or other third parties are governed by those providers' own policies.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Seller Console. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 30-day go-live window you may still apply for the one-month refund described above.
